Serene Whispers offers hand-poured apricot and coconut wax candles made with high-quality ingredients. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are complete, current, or error-free.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, scent strength, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the Site are in TTD and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process and complete your transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or violate these Terms.

Responsibility: Once an order is shipped, Serene Whispers is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping details.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request a refund or replacement:

6. Candle Safety Guidelines
Our products are designed for safe use when used as intended. By purchasing and using our candles, you acknowledge and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surfaces away from drafts

Never use candles as nightlights; and always extinguish all candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.

Always burn candles within sight.

Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before every use.

Do not burn a candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.
